Can I use a alternate protein chocolate mix or should I order the Herbalife chocolate mix? You can certainly use other protein powders, but it may change the nutritional content of the shake. If you trust the other protein mix, go for it! I am new to this whole shake thing, so sorry if I sound a little silly asking this, but do you add some ice cubes or milk to make them cold? We suggest starting with about 10oz of water and ice, or 10 oz of milk and ice. Whether you use milk or water is completely up to you.
